We are a NDIS registered provider and have an exciting opportunity for experienced and qualified support workers to work in our SIL house based in Croydon Vic.

This is an exciting position commencing early May 2025 and we are looking for experienced, reliable and caring support workers to join the dream team. You will be supporting 3 of our lovely participants in their brand new modified SIL home.

You will be required to:

- Assist with personal care and transfers
- Assist with meal prep
- Assist with community access and in-house activities
- Assit with all aspects of care

You will need to have the mandatory checks a cert 3 related qualification as a minimum with manual handelign experience.

Your experience working with people who have dementia / strokes is an advantage and applicants with nursing experience/qualifications will be highly regarded.

We require reliable workers and in turn offer regular long (6 hours plus) shifts on a 24 hour roster, excellent pay and working conditions.

You will be working close to home providing support and companionship for our residents. We are currently recruiting for a super team so if you would like to be a part of this amazing opportunity and are a team player we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $38.00 - $68.00 per hour

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Disability or aged care: 1 year (required)
