**About The Client**

Our client is a male living with Autism, ADHD & ODD. He requires support with
**personal & incontinence care, as well as community access.** Support Workers will be required to have
**experience working with challenging behaviours and affectively managing these.**

Our client has a special interest in swimming.
**Support workers will also be required to be willing to get in the water at the beach, or swimming facilities**. Other aspects of the supports include
**experience implementing/following restrictive practices, and positive behaviour support practices.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Experience working with clients with intellectual disabilities, as well as challenging behaviours
- Experience implementing/following restrictive practices.
- Comfortable & confident with personal care practices
- Driver's License & Car
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Medication Administration Certificate
- Commitment to an ongoing roster of support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination with Booster
