As a Trader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring healthy and efficient markets for all participants. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Trading index rolls in the index centralisation spot, focusing on HK, Japan, and Korea.
Supporting the HK and Japan Equity dividend trading spot with deep knowledge of APAC dividends.
Structuring improvement initiatives in these areas.
Managing external relationships through broker markets and DCPs.
This role offers opportunities for growth and development, potentially leading to a lead position in the index centralisation spot.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Extensive experience (5+ years) trading index rolls, pricing in dividends and interest.
A track record of profitably pricing rolls is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to be clear, assertive and understanding when talking to external parties.
Mature wider thinking and capacity to challenge the future direction.
