About the role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Virtual Service Nursing Team Leader within our Ramsay Home Health Virtual Service. This is 12-month full-time fixed term leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing both the operational and clinical aspects of our virtual care delivery. In this position, you will lead a high-performing team that is dedicated to providing care tailored to each customer's unique needs and risks, ensuring optimal outcomes.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of skilled clinicians focused on delivering exceptional care through comprehensive assessments, personalized care planning, and virtual clinical services. Clinical and digital innovation are at the forefront of this role, and you'll be integral to the service's implementation and growth.
Working a hybrid work model from either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne ; we are looking for a Team Leader who is passionate about digital healthcare delivery and committed to shaping the future of virtual care.
As part of this role, you will:
Provide operational and clinical leadership to a dynamic team
Champion a culture of excellence in clinical care and customer service
Foster strong integration with other healthcare teams and services
Lead the implementation and roll-out of new digital and clinical initiatives
Carry a 0.6FTE caseload managing and supporting heart failure customers
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in clinical leadership
Unrestricted registration as a Registered nurse with AHPRA
Strong understanding of digital health solutions
A commitment to high-quality, customer-focused healthcare
A passion for innovation and embracing new ways of working
