Role responsibilities:

- Perform instructed Sales Support Activities and Customer Service
- Office Administration/Support, Cash handling
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for support purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance, account statuses, and other problems.
- Building rapport with potential driver partners
- Stay up to date of new products and services provided

About you:

- Experience in high-volume office work may be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Second language highly desired Mandarin, Hindi etc.

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Botany, NSW 2019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
