Customer Service Coordinator

Well established consumer goods business is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing sales orders and setting up new customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good work ethic and a friendly personality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support for online purchases and in person
  • Process sales orders
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Provide information to clients on a range of products and services
  • Support the sales team in the showroom
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum HSC qualification, good computer skills (including Microsoft Word & Excel) and prior work experience in customer service or sales administration.
