As our new Associate Director, Sustainable Lending you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of new and innovative sustainability lending growth opportunities to support NAB's Climate Transition Growth Strategy. Put your experience and knowledge in sustainable business practices to great use.

Leveraging your understanding of global best practice in innovation and sustainability solutions across banking, you will develop a deep and up to date customer, market and competitor understanding for sustainable lending across a number of areas.

Reporting to and partnering with the Director, Sustainable Lending, you will ensure an effective end to end control environment is in place for the delivery of customer and product propositions. You will ensure all regulatory and compliance obligations are met whilst monitoring performance of sustainability lending products. You will continuously look for and identify opportunities to improve product performance and deliver relevant initiatives.

**As the Associate **Director, Sustainability Lending you will**:

- Develop product strategy and roadmap for new and innovative sustainability lending products and propositions.
- Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end customer, product and service process and control environment for sustainability lending solutions.
- Ensure product features support the overall product and segment strategy and proposition. Develop and maintain effective banker sales tools, product guides, product house to support product proposition
- Design and delivery of initiatives to support product proposition and growth
- Ensure products and processes are compliant with relevant internal policies and external regulations

**What you will bring**

You have a strong background in banking coupled with exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration capability. You have deep expertise working with Product Management, Innovation and Sustainability Lending will set you apart. You have a real passion for the environment. In additional you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience within Business Lending
- Proven experience within Business Strategy
- Knowledge of sustainable business practices
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Change Management experience in designing & executing change solutions
- Strong excel & PowerPoint experience
