Lead Sustainable Growth and Exceptional Customer Outcomes

Drive innovation to lead sustainable growth and exceptional customer outcomes in lending products.

Responsibilities
  • Set and drive the lending product strategy and roadmap to deliver business and customer outcomes, manage risks and drive sustainable lending growth.
  • Lead a team to deliver outcomes aligned to the lending strategy, including: end-to-end product and process management; product simplification; market-leading customer experience; setting the strategic direction and delivering change; driving technology and operational excellence; optimise portfolio performance.
Qualifications
  • Experience and industry knowledge across banking and lending.
  • Managing operational and credit risk with deep understanding of relevant operational risk frameworks.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fostering strong team engagement and a high performing culture.
  • Strong banking experience.
