Logistics Coordinator Job

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and efficient service delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate logistics activities across various departments, including dispatch, transportation, and warehouse management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records related to manifests, delivery schedules, and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide clear instructions and build positive relationships.
  • Monitor service schedules for fleet completion and perform yard checks to meet Safety KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, drivers, and customers.
  • Experience in similar positions working within the Logistics/Transport/Road industry is highly regarded.
