Our beautiful centre is licensed for 108 children per day and caters for children aged six weeks to six years across six thoughtfully designed learning studios.
At Brady Bunch ELC, we are committed to providing high-quality education and care within a warm, welcoming, and community-oriented environment.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate Centre Director to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader who is ready to take on a new challenge and make a lasting impact on the lives of children, families, and educators.The successful applicant will be supported by an experienced senior management team and will lead with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to early childhood education.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational, financial, and educational performance of the centre.Drive occupancy, manage budgets, rosters, fee collection, and centre administration.Foster strong and collaborative relationships with children, families, team members, and the local community.Maintain and regularly review the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Ensure compliance with all National Quality Framework (NQF),The Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and relevant legislative requirements.Inspire and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.Promote a culture of reflection, open communication, and continuous improvement.Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
