Responsibilities:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure in enterprise or colocation data centres
- Implement structured cabling, power distribution, and rack setup according to design specifications
- Build and manage Cisco Nexus-based network fabrics (VPC, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF)
- Provision and optimise VMware/Hyper-V virtual environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability
- Automate infrastructure processes using tools like Ansible and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrades and deployments
- Maintain documentation and update asset management systems (NetBox, DCIM)

Projects You Will Involved In:

- Buildouts of Tier 3+ data centres
- Deploying modern spine-leaf network architectures with VXLAN overlays
- Optimising virtual environments and storage infrastructure
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and config management

Requirements:

- Data Centre Networking: Cisco Nexus (5K/7K/9K), VPC, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF
- Infrastructure Delivery: Rack deployment, structured cabling, power & cooling, Dell EMC, Juniper QFX
- Virtualisation & Systems: VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, Linux server administration
- Storage: SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NetApp, Dell EqualLogic
- Monitoring: DCIM, SNMP, Grafana, NetBox, Zabbix

Salary:

- $160,000
