Culinary Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join our team at an alpine centre and adventure camp. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be well-organised and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the catering team to ensure all campers receive delicious meals during their stay. This includes preparing and providing food for campers, coordinating special diets and applying best practice as outlined in the camp's food safety program.

The role also involves undertaking general cooking duties, including baking and pastry cooking, and upholding the values of the organisation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Food Safety Supervisors Certificate and have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. They will be well-organised, committed to excellent customer service and have the ability to apply best practice as outlined in the camp's Food Safety Plan.
