This American Fashion House is an institution - renowned globally for their approach to accessible luxury. We are looking for a Perth based Area Manager to join their team - working across 6 stores in both Western Australia and Queensland. We are looking for someone who will lead by example and set high standards for customer experience, constantly searching for new ways to surprise and delight customers.

The Role |

The successful individual will manage sales, operations, and staff development of a group of stores in Perth and Queensland to achieve maximum profitability in compliance with company regulations and procedures while ensuring consistent positive customer experiences.

You will be focused on developing and upskilling your team - ensuring that you recruit the right talent that complements the team strengths, and you are skilled at having constructive conversations that benefit your team to achieve their personal and professional goals.

The Skillset |

You will have built your reputation on positive leadership, you approach your role with optimism and a commercial eye, and you understand how important relationships are to success.
- Support in the day-to-day follow-ups of the planned strategies and utilize various reports to provide sales analysis and develop sales strategies
- Develop action plans with each store to increase sales opportunities, sales growth and conversion rates
- Understand and execute retail planning (daily, weekly, monthly and annual) as well as lead retail activities (sales promotion, marketing activities, store staff motivational initiatives) supported by key metrics analysis (sales productivities, sales metrics-traffic, conversions, AT, AUR, UPT, etc.)
- Review store environments and key business indicators within retail channel to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
- Interact frequently with Store Managers and staff to identify training needs and proactively make recommendations for improvement
- Manage with integrity, honesty, fairness and knowledge promoting culture, values and vision of the brand
