Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Mamamia Full time

Mamamia is on the lookout for a People and Talent Partner to join our best-in-class P&C team.

But first, here's a bit about us.

Mamamia is Australia's largest women's company.

Our core purpose is to make the world a better place for women and girls. That's what guides everything we do. And, uh, we do a lot. Mamamia reaches seven million women each month across our written, video, audio, and social platforms and we have the largest women's podcast network in the world.

**What we're looking for.**

At Mamamia, we're seeking a dynamic People & Talent Partner to revolutionise our recruitment process and shape our employee experience. Your mission? To be the driving force behind attracting, nurturing, and retaining top-tier talent.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing to reference checks.
- Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely to craft job advertisements and scorecards.
- Employee Referral Program Management: Drive initiatives to leverage internal referrals for talent acquisition.
- Training & Support for Hiring Managers: Provide guidance to empower managers in their hiring decisions.
- Administration & Assessment: Oversee administrative tasks and conduct psychometric assessments.
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Provide recruitment metrics to inform strategic business decisions.
- Attraction, Retention & Development: Support initiatives to enhance Mamamia's employer profile, including diversity efforts, internships, and onboarding innovations.

**Now, a bit about you.**
- 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or talent management role, preferably in the media industry
- Experience developing and implementing talent strategies that support business goals
- Proven track record of identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent
- Familiarity with topgrading recruitment methods will be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Experience managing recruitment processes from end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives, and ability to solve problems creatively
- Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude)

**Life at Mamamia.**

We're fast-paced, innovative, and deeply collaborative. Mamamia feels small enough that you can create real and tangible change, but has the structure to support your ideas with experienced and industry-leading teams, and deliver them to an audience of millions of women every month.

We have a startup spirit within a scaled-up business structure and we're incredibly proud of the culture and community we've created. Our team is inclusive, passionate, and fun (..although apparently, not very modest about it); many lifelong friendships and connections have been forged in Mamamia HQ.

But enough about us, let's talk about how we can help you. At Mamamia, we want to support all of our staff in kicking as many career goals as possible so that's why we'll support you in getting involved in the things you're actually interested in. Think you might want to broaden your scope? Get exposure to another team in the business? Try something new and develop your skills? We'll help you make it happen and cheer you on the whole way.

On top of all that, Mamamia also offers:

- Flexible working conditions
- The opportunity to celebrate your birthday and ongoing dedication with additional leave days
- Paid parental leave
- Paid volunteer leave to get involved with our charity partners
- The opportunity to work for a purpose-driven company and help us make the world a better place for women and girls.
