**The Organisation**:
Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded Education Organisation based in Sydney's North Shore. This role will see you working in a supportive and close-knit Talent Acquisition Team.

**The Opportunity**:
The role will see you working collaboratively with a proactive team, managing the end-to-end recruitment of your portfolio. Duties will include:

- Partnering with hiring managers to develop detailed briefs for a broad range of roles.
- Developing and/or customising recruitment plans to meet business requirements including ensuring position descriptions are developed/updated; competency and capability mapping is completed.
- Utilising all available PHRIS functionality to support vacancy management.
- Collaborating with other members of the talent and employee relations team and working in partnership with the Employee Services team to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
- Minimum 2-3 years of talent acquisition/HR experience.
- Ability to manage a high volume of positions at one time.
- Ability to work collaboratively and as a team player.
- Strong written & verbal communication with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Immediate availability to commence in this role on the 22nd of May.
