It's ideal for TA professionals also looking to grow their HR generalist skills without losing touch with their talent acquisition strengths.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and teams across the business to attract and hire exceptional talent, and ensure new hires are supported and set up for success from day one.
You'll also support the broader people agenda like onboarding, employee engagement, performance, policies, and people ops.

You won't be on your own, you'll be joining a dynamic, hands-on team that's got your back from day one.Key responsibilities include :Talent AcquisitionExecute end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles (tech, product, engineering, sales, marketing, etc.)Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, write job ads, and execute hiring plansManage job postings, direct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference and police checksDrive inclusive hiring practices and support employer branding effortsBuild talent pipelines and contribute to workforce planningEnsure a positive, consistent candidate experience at every stageProvide guidance and support to leaders new to the recruitment process.Owns the execution of splose's recruitment and onboarding processes.People PartneringInvolved across the entire employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on talent acquisition activities based on business demand.Provide first-line HR support and advice to managers and employeesSupport performance and feedback cycles, including probation reviewsHelp implement and maintain people policies, procedures, and systemsCollaborate on engagement and wellbeing initiativesContribute to projects such as HRIS implementation, employee engagement initiatives, policy development and implementation.QualificationsAt least seven years of relevant recruitment experience within the software industry and functional understanding of the competitive landscapeExperience in Talent Acquisition and deep sourcing experience in areas such as Technology, Software Engineering, Product development / design, Marketing, and Sales in AU.
A bonus and advantage would be experience recruiting in US and the UK.Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring in fast-paced environments, with strong candidate sourcing in Tech or Allied Health.Some understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practicesDeep interest and willingness to be involved and contribute in all areas of human resources.Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable navigating ambiguityExperience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly desirableTech-savvy and experienced with HRIS and ATS platforms; familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence is a strong advantage.LocationThis role is based in Adelaide, South Australia , with flexible working available.
