**What this job involves**

We're looking for a personable and proactive Concierge to join our team onsite at International Towers in Barangaroo You will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service through each interaction, this includes creating a welcoming and professional service within the building.

**This role works a rotating roster between 7:00am - 7:30pm, Monday - Friday.**
- A snapshot of the role: _
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings
- Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
- Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are always presentable. Report anything which requires attention
- Be the ultimate host/co-host of community engagement events and initiatives, as required
- Attend building events, meetings and training days as requested by building management

You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace meeting all performance targets. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
