**The Opportunity - Concierge**

The Concierge is someone who is enthusiastic about being the face and voice of our agency. There is a strong focus on our client experience whether they are visiting our beautiful offices, or speaking with us over the phone, so it is extremely important that you are the consummate professional with excellent communication skills, who enjoys a busy, buzzing environment. Additionally, they provide detailed support to members of the Leadership team by organising, scheduling and maintaining their day-to-day needs.

Being a team player is imperative, and you should thrive on being part of a dynamic admin team.

**A snapshot of what you'll do -**
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors arriving at the agency, creating a brilliantly welcoming experience and building strong relationships with frequent visiting clients - their names, what business they represent, their preferences
- Meeting room booking coordination for client requests
- Support with overflow of travel and accommodation booking
- Managing incoming post and parcel from couriers. Booking couriers when needed for outgoing mail
- Ensuring the reception area is professionally presented at all times
- Support the Office Manager in obtaining relevant quotes and information from new and existing business partners and suppliers
- Management and recording of visitor parking and monthly reconciliation
- Organising team offsite events for leadership, including but not limited to venue hire, catering and stationary preparations.
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner

**Your ideal experience**:

- At least 2 years' experience as a Concierge or Front of House
- Experience in a Barista role
- Previous experience coordinating functions and room bookings in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate to medium level computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- A passion for activating brilliant cultural moments which brings staff together
