**About the Role**

Our HCM Solution Marketing team is looking for a Solution Marketing Manager to drive messaging and positioning, outbound marketing, and sales enablement for our global solutions including go-to-market support for new country localized Payroll for Australia. This role will work collaboratively to support Solution Marketing as well as global and regional marketing teams, and the other functional departments including Corporate Communication, Digital and Social Marketing, Global Integrated Marketing, Sales and Alliance & Partners, Value Management, Solution Consultants, to execute marketing activities for the APJ region.

**Areas of responsibility**:

- Positioning and messaging - develop local GTM strategies for payroll, HCM solutions and other products; create high-impact and localized, relevant messaging for customers, prospects and analysts
- Product knowledge - develop and maintain in-depth Workday product roadmap and market insights, bringing the voice of the buyer in for product feedback and requirements
- Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the global products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products including developing positioning, objection handling, and tools to arm the sales team to win against competitors
- Marketing Content development - create differentiated global and localized marketing and sales collateral and thought leadership, such as whitepapers, datasheets, ebooks, infographics, executive presentations, etc. including supporting content creation for key events such as Sales Kick Off (SKO) and Rising as well as other events including customer and prospect events as needed
- Integrated Marketing/Demand Generation - support the creation and delivery compelling global and regional campaigns that speak to key personas at every stage of the buyer's journey including field and regional marketing initiatives and events
- Market and competitive intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the specialist on your competition and understand how Workday differentiates itself in the global and local market to create competitive advantage
- Partner Marketing - enable and support global payroll partners around the world and in market
- Ensure all solution marketing and marketing assets and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Project manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives

**About You**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 3 -5 years of product/solutions/services/enablement marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
- Payroll and/or HR software knowledge and marketing experience preferred
