The Role
As VeVe's Head of Growth Marketing , you will be the driving force behind our global expansion—owning the strategy, execution, and performance of customer acquisition and engagement. This is a role for a bold, data-driven leader who can turn insight into action, scale campaigns that deliver measurable growth, and inspire a team to push boundaries. You'll shape how millions of fans discover, connect with, and collect on VeVe, making this a career-defining opportunity to lead growth at the forefront of digital fandom and collectibles.
Responsibilities Design and execute data-driven acquisition initiatives that bring new users to VeVe and convert them into passionate collectors.
Drive performance by optimising marketing funnels, channels, and campaigns to deliver measurable customer growth and ROI.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns that capture the magic of every VeVe drop and resonate with global audiences.
Expand our reach by identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and emerging channels to fuel continuous user and revenue growth.
Inspire and empower a talented marketing team across new user acquisition, campaigns, lifecycle, and partnerships, setting bold goals, owning results, and celebrating wins.
Collaborate and partner with leadership, licensors, agencies, and internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes.
What you will have 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership focused on growth, acquisition, and performance marketing.
A proven track record of delivering scalable customer acquisition strategies and revenue growth.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, technology, and automation tools.
A bold, data-driven strategist who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
A genuine passion for digital collectibles, fandom, and emerging technologies.
