**Some of your Key Responsibilities**:
Supervises daily functions operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak periods.

Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.

Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.

Ensure all beverages are concocted to standard recipes and maintain beverage cost at the percentage detailed in the budget or as instructed by the Restaurant and Bar Manager.

Set up and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the function areas to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
