We're setting new standards in the Australian hospitality scene with an increased workforce as we now look for our new **Banquets Bar Supervisor** to be part of the **_"Rebirth of a Sydney Icon" _**with us
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Set up systems to protect and maintain control of bar service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to standard recipes and maintain beverage cost at the percentage detailed in the budget or as instructed by the Restaurant and Bar Manager.
- Set up and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the bar area to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
- Ensure all mis en place is completed prior to guests arriving.
- Ensure team members are competent in beverage and wine list knowledge, are aware of current promotions and are able to maximise sales to guests.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
- Micros knowledge desirable.
