The Banquet Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing banquets and other events, including setup and clean-up.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of banquet staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Welcome and assist guests, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with kitchen staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification (or equivalent).
