An exciting opportunity exists for a Retail Operations Coordinator within our ResMed Commercial Operations team for our Australian retail brand.

As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you will promote effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and medical professionals. The role will entail day to day administrative duties and retail store support at a commercial operations capacity.

The position collaborates with all functions of retail operations and other key departments to ensure all teams are support and consulted when designing / implementing / suggesting improvements. This position reports directly into the Commercial Operations Manager, DTC for our Australian retail businesses. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide business support to the ResMed Australian Retail brand and our internal stakeholders (e.g IT, marketing and finance teams)- Assist with drafting; editing and updating Standard Operating Procedures for our Australian Retail brand- Carry out testing new and revised features in the CRM systems and POS procedures supporting the ResMed Commercial Operations team, Australian Retail brand and our internal stakeholder- Support initial phases of training of Standard Operating Procedures and IT system set up- Work with the ResMed Finance team ensuring Medicare payments are processed successfully via CRM and attend to and resolve queries in this area in a timely manner- Generate, process and analyse data. This includes Report generation and maintenance- Support the ResMed Australian Retail network with Medicare and invoicing queries and general submissions for the sleep study process supporting the Quality Assurance Specialist- Work with the Finance team ensuring our Standard Operating Procedures are in line with financial requirements and transactions with the retail store operations- Manage and maintain supplier accounts as required- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries or issues- To proactively collaborate to ensure training across all areas of the ResMed Australian brand is in line with our Standard Operating Procedures- Ensure the implementation of the health and safety management system- Support quality assurance and monitoring within the areas of responsibility and service delivery within the retail stores- Assist with project coordination and continuously improve systems and processes associated with Direct to Consumer channels- Work with managers on identifying project roadblocks, reporting issues and working towards solutions to meet the project objectives- Providing reports and insights into information that is presented to the greater business- Uniform and stationary supply management and ordering

Let's talk about qualifications and experience- Has the willingness to develop skills and competency towards the role- High level communication skills- Planning and Organisation skills - able to manage own time and workload, ability to shift the scope and pivot, this role requires a change leader- Interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate and support multiple department projects- Standard computer and IT skills to support retail store operations- Ability to create, maintain and analyse data in excel and formulate within the system- Aptitude to problem solving and growth mindset- Project coordination and Organisational skills- Having the experience in using Salesforce CRM and MYOB is an advantage
