Now part of the Chanel group, the brand has rapidly gained global recognition and is sold through online, more than 30 O.B stores, and the best retailers and hoteliers in the world. Our customer is truly international, so whether they are in St Barth's for Christmas with family, Miami for a wild Spring break, a conference in Dubai with a few days off, tacking a boat off the coast of St Tropez, volunteering to replant mangrove plantations in Puerto Rico, walking along a cliff top in Cornwall, or diving off one into a beautiful blue ocean then O.B should be there to help you do it better.

**THE POSITION**

The role of Retail & Operations Coordinator is essential in supporting O.B's rapid growth across multiple channels in Australia, as well as creating a seamless omnichannel experience for the local customer and employees.

You will be working closely with the Brand Manager, the 4 (soon to be 5) existing Retail store teams and the London Head Office to build meaningful relationships with local clients, create a luxury experience in and outside of stores and expand the Brand Awareness in the country. You will form the junction between Retail stores and the London teams to ensure consistent service standards and be instrumental in optimizing processes to create an efficient workspace.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Retail**
- Assist the Brand Manager in new stores opening across the country
- Translate global guidelines and standards at a local level with Retail teams
- Coordinate internal events
- Facilitate seasonal and ad hoc trainings with Retail teams to ensure outstanding service, presentation standards as well as ongoing product engagement
- Gather weekly feedbacks and results from stores for internal reporting
- Monitor and support stores with clienteling performance

**People**
- Support stores with finding cover wherever needed and if required do covers in stores
- Coordinate new starter induction with HR and Stores Managers / Brand Manager
- Collate monthly hours worked by employee for payroll

**Operations**
- Work alongside Brand Manager to resolve any operational issues in stores and ensure operational, health and safety standards are respected at all time

**Wholesale**
- Attend to the existing Wholesale accounts with new seasons ordering, shipping and in-season reorders
- Assist in the opening of selected new accounts across the country

**Marketing**
- Coordinate seasonal sample sets with Global Head Office
- Organize Press products call ins and returns
- Coordinate and execute local gifting plan
- Assist in local events execution
- Assistance in Retail Marketing support materials

**EXPERIENCE**
- Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy Retail and Sales environment
- Experience with event coordination is a plus
- Background working on the shop floor, personal shopping or direct sales
- Experience in stock management, merchandising and/or logistics would be beneficial
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent PC skills, fully adept with Microsoft packages, especially Excel and ERP system.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the business
