**YOUR ROLE**

We're looking for a Digital Media Specialist that will develop best in class video strategies to help drive our full funnel marketing strategy. This
**permanent opportunity** sits within our Media and Communications Planning team in Direct Insurance Australia (DIA).

You'll drive deeper and more meaningful connections with our customers by making more effective creative and media choices. The Digital Media Specialist brings excellence to how we show up to our customers across video platforms. You'll deploy marketing campaigns and analysis across digital video platforms and analyse customer behaviour across digital and develop insights to improve engagement on platform.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in marketing, agency or consulting roles
- Experience in digital and Google Analytics, Google products & platforms including YouTube and Display & Video 360 and Ads Manager
- You must have a passion for the craft of marketing and power of creativity, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- You have worked in a digital planning role in an agency, marketing or management consultant (with a marketing focus)
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- You thrive in highly complex, constantly changing business environments and have experience across a range of categories/industries
- Minimum Bachelor Degree required.
