Account Review Representative

We are a member-owned music rights management organisation, positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We have more than 119,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members' music, and we distribute the royalties to our members.

In this role you will coordinate account renewals and review processes and assist with general administration tasks. While a prior understanding of music licensing is always handy, it's not required - full training will be provided. The position is a full-time, permanent role and can be based in any of our Australian Offices.

**In this role, you will**:

- Work closely with existing clients, to determine their present and future music use.
- Verify client details and update our system accordingly.

**We are looking for**:

- Customer service skills and a good phone manner
- Data input accuracy
- Solid negotiation skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines Internet research skills
