As an Account Representative, Sales & Product Services, you will be responsible for identifying, maintaining and growing strategic customer revenue.
You will champion the Qantas product offering and drive engagement with Qantas business accounts, executing sales strategies via the telesales channel.
You will work closely with internal Qantas stakeholders and analyse customer data trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
You'll have:Experience within airline or travel industry desirableCustomer relationship management in complex sales in a telesales environmentAbility to read and interpret booking information in Amadues desirable Highly developed communication, organisational and influencing skills at senior levels, both internally and externallyCRM reporting systems and database management, including Salesforce use desirableDemonstrable experience in customer account managementAbility to read and interpret customer data, via Power BI or ExcelBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsExcellent listening, negotiating and presenting skills Strong verbal and written communicating skills Why Qantas?
