Are you an experienced Civil Drafter, looking to join a company with an extensive project pipeline in urban development? Talent Web is looking for an Senior Civil Designer for a permanent, full-time position in Melbourne. This client boasts an inclusive, friendly company culture with a focus on mental wellbeing and professional development.

This role has been created due to company growth and a great new pipeline of work across VIC and interstate. This is a careeer-making opportunity to work on major buildings projects as the 2IC Civil Technician.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Undertaking the drafting of residential, industrial and commercial buildings projects and related activities;
- Working in a team of civil design professionals, whilst liaising with clients on a regular basis;
- Managing your own design projects;
- Mentoring junior drafters in the use of AutoCAD.
- Experience in VIC as a Civil Drafter or Technician;
- Proficiency in the usage of AutoCAD software;
- Extensive experience working on urban development projects, including the design of bulk earthworks, stormwater and local roads;
