About Our Land Development Drafter Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Drafter to join our team and work on a steady workload of sub-division projects. Our mature engineering firm offers a warm leadership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To document end-to-end sub-division projects using Auto-CAD, demonstrating your drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • You will report directly to the CAD Manager, Project Manager, Office Manager, and Director, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

  • A recognized drafting qualification is essential for this role.
  • You must have proven skills in drafting greenfield and brownfield subdivisions, with experience in Auto-CAD.
  • Prior experience in Victoria (Vic) would be highly beneficial but not necessary.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range between $75k - $105k p/a, plus superannuation, depending on your experience and qualifications.
