Originally focused on helping people with disabilities transition into open employment, the organisation has expanded its services to include Employment, Health, Training, and Community support through a wraparound model. Operating under sub-brands like MP Recruitment and Aspire Support Services, it serves metro, regional, and rural areas. We're looking for people who bring energy, fairness, and a genuine commitment to supporting others into meaningful work. Experience in employment services or NDIS support work is highly regarded, and qualifications in employment services, career development, or community services are ideal. But if you're new to the field, don't worry — we offer a tailored induction and training program to set you up for success.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Organisation and Planning skills
• Strong digital literacy skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong administration and attention to detail
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel within your region
