Here's your opportunity to join PBD Architects, an innovative and growing architecture and design practice in Sydney.

As a young, design-focused firm, we've built a solid client base across residential and commercial projects. With multiple new roles open, we're looking for talented, design-forward architects eager to join our expanding team.

Our projects focus on delivering luxury, bespoke multi-residential designs as well as unique commercial and hospitality spaces. We're looking for new colleagues who share our passion for quality design and client-centered solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An industry professional committed to a long-term career within a forward-thinking design office
  • 4-6 years of relevant local experience, ready to take the next career step
  • Strong focus on sophisticated design solutions underpinned by commercial awareness
  • Client-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and equally comfortable working solo or within a team
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and capable of working across different project phases
  • Passionate about design and looking for a role with growth potential
