Visy Plastics Heathwood is hiring production workers to operate machinery and support our plastics packaging lines. Join a team driving innovation in recycled plastics and circular economy practices.

Our modern Heathwood facility features cutting-edge blow moulding, injection moulding, and extrusion lines that produce high-quality, food-grade recycled plastic bottles and packaging products used by leading Australian brands.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate blow moulding, injection moulding, or extrusion machinery.
  • Monitor process parameters and adjust for quality.
  • Conduct product inspections and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in manufacturing, process work, or similar industries.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Reliable, and eager to learn and improve.
  • Team spirit and commitment to safety.
