The Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Groundskeeper & Maintenance Worker to join our Property Maintenance team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Your primary focus will be maintaining our expansive gardens and grounds to the highest standard, ensuring our property remains as beautiful as the experiences we deliver.


What You'll Do

  • Maintain and enhance gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
  • Operate and maintain ride-on mowers, chainsaws, and other equipment.
  • Perform irrigation repairs and weed control (spray ticket required).
  • Carry out hedging, brush cutting, mowing, and edging.
  • Assist with general vineyard tasks and property maintenance.
  • Operate tractors for slashing and manage wastewater treatment systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in groundskeeping and garden maintenance.
  • Competent with machinery and tools (mowers, chainsaws, irrigation systems).
  • Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Manual driver's licence and own transport.
  • Full Australian work rights.
