The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Product Specialist to join our Queensland team. Based in Brisbane, this full-time role offers the flexibility of working from home while engaging with clients and partners throughout the region.

In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference every day — understanding the needs of people living with disabilities, recommending suitable rehabilitation, mobility, and adaptive equipment, and helping them achieve greater independence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients, carers, and therapists to assess needs and recommend suitable equipment.
  • Demonstrate, quote, and coordinate delivery of assistive technology products.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, follow-up, and technical support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists, healthcare professionals, and service providers.
  • Troubleshoot product or technical issues to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Police Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proof of working rights in Australia.

Experience in the healthcare, rehabilitation, or assistive technology sector and familiarity with the NDIS will be highly regarded.
