In Vitro Technologies is a medical and scientific distribution organisation who specialise in the sales, marketing and support of products throughout Australia and New Zealand.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Contracts & Tenders Administrator to join our team in Noble Park or our Eight Mile Plains office.

The purpose of this role is to assist the team with administration related to tender response submission, contracts and quotes. The primary focus is ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of tender processes and contract management.

You will complete a variety of tasks involving close liaison with diverse stakeholders both internal and external to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the National Contracts & Tenders Manager with the entire submission process.
• Provide support to relevant teams to gather necessary information for tender responses.
• Assist with contract reporting to customers in a timely manner.
• Pricing agreements implemented into the system and updated and reviewed on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and input customer quotes for equipment.
• Liaise with various teams to ensure quote sheets are maintained and regularly updated.
• Assist with the Support team including monitoring Quotes inbox, Support inbox, order management, invoicing, assisting with invoice collections.

• Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with limited direction to manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, exercise professional judgement in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex environment
• Time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to try new ideas and participate in change
• Ability to take ownership to ensure outcomes are met
• Intermediate Microsoft application skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & SharePoint
