About the role

Day to day, you'll:
- Coach and support advisers and representatives to deliver top-notch advice and service.
- Develop and run training programs that help our team shine.
- Drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with leaders and training specialists to evolve our advice experience.
- Build strong relationships across the business and deliver high-quality training sessions.

About you
You're someone who loves helping others succeed. You're passionate about sharing your knowledge and making a real difference. You know how to bring out the best in people and you're always ready to tackle new challenges. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team that values courage, empathy, and excellence, you'll fit right in.
- You have tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, economics or a related field.
- You're on the ASIC Financial Advice Register as a Financial Planner (or able to be added).
- You have experience in the financial advice industry.
- You have strong technical knowledge of financial products, advice strategies, and legislation.
- You have excellent communication, planning, and training skills, with a knack for working independently.
