Mechanical Team Leader – Lead, Inspire, and Get Things Done

Based at various locations across WA | Full-time 8x6 roster | Reporting to the Branch Manager

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for guiding teams, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? This is your chance to step into a diverse, fast-paced role where no two days are the same — both on and off the tools

As our Mechanical Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind a skilled work team, ensuring equipment servicing, inspections, and repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and oversee all equipment servicing and repairs to maximise reliability and availability

Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to perform at their best every day

Provide expert advice on diagnostics and customer requirements

Train and guide technicians on service procedures and Baseplan systems

  • Keep parts, tools, and consumables stocked and ready to go

Champion a strong safety culture across your team and branch

Jump in and get hands-on with servicing and repairs when needed

Skills and Experiences:

A mechanical trade qualification and solid diagnostic know-how

Proven experience leading teams and managing service demand

Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
