The Opportunity

We're looking for a 
Senior Business Consultant / Advisor
 who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and creating financial clarity for clients. We're building a fast-growing business advisory practice — and this is your chance to join early, influence how we work, and grow as the firm scales. You won't be a small cog in a big machine. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, with real ownership and autonomy, backed by a close-knit and supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on strategy, growth, and financial performance.
• Manage and grow your own portfolio, becoming the go-to trusted advisor for business owners.
• Analyse business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into practical action.
• Collaborate with our Tax, Accounting and Wealth teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Help shape our systems, processes and client experience as we scale.
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, with support but not micromanagement.

Who We're Looking For

You're a steady, thoughtful professional who takes pride in doing things properly — analytical, detail-oriented and committed to long-term excellence.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor of Commerce/Business or related field
• 4+ years of consulting, business advisory or professional services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, P&L budgets, and cashflow forecasting.
• Commercial acumen — understanding what drives business performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - ability to build trust quickly.
• Proactive, self-managed and dependable.
• Integrity and loyalty — you do the right thing even when no one's watching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in fast-growing businesses or startups.
• Exposure to tax, accounting, or financial advisory.
• Interest in mentoring or leadership as the team expands.
