Oversee a provider network across QLD / SA / NT / VIC

As the Regional Manager, you will oversee and drive the comprehensive provision of motoring assistance services through a diverse network of contracted service providers within your region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Development: Reviewing, developing, and implementing strategic changes to enhance provider performance and expand service networks.
  • Business Support: Supporting the evolving business environment to meet service delivery and commercial objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively managing internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with other roadside service divisions to achieve unified goals and enhance overall performance.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, safe work practices, quality standards, and relevant policies and procedures.
