The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Have experience of two or more years as a chef.
  • Have diploma of commercial cookery.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced cafe kitchen, whilst still maintaining the same quality.
  • Keeping up with industry trends & protocal.
  • Following the budget set by the Restaurant Manager
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays.
  • Be able to work well with the kitchen team.
  • Have working rights in Australia.
  • Pay rate based on experience
