  3. Consulting with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions.

  5. Compliant to implement food hygiene and safety log systems.
  6. Oversee food preparation and supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
  7. Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
  8. Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
  9. Monitor sanitation and food practices and follow kitchen safety standards.
  10. Prepare and cook Mexican, Spanish and American style specialty foods.
  11. Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
  12. Prepare mise en place for particular section.
  13. Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
  14. Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
  15. Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly co-operation.
