Guaranteed work days: Friday and Saturday (Wednesday and Thursday maybe available for staff who have completed training)

Nick & Nora's is a vibrant cocktail and champagne bar dedicated to setting new standards for customer experience and luxury. With an award-winning signature cocktail list and a remarkable team, located on the 26th floor of the V by Crown building in Parramatta, seating up to 300 guests with 270° views of The Blue Mountains & Sydney Harbour Bridge We offer an in-depth selection of Champagne along with a back bar holding a plethora of spirits and a huge whisky & cognac selection, and let's not forget the liquid nitrogen tap

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing all customers with memorable, personal and unique drinking and dining experiences
  • Ensuring the product is consistently of high standard
  • Bar preparation, set-up and standards maintained at the highest level

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a busy cocktail bar
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wine, food, especially whisky is highly preferred
  • Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to further your career in this industry
  • An engaging personality and warmth that staff and customers gravitate towards
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
