We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organised bar, and ensuring a positive and engaging guest experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take drink orders in a friendly, timely manner
  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
  • Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and drink responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service laws
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and surfaces
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and use the POS system
  • Make recommendations based on customer preferences and upsell drinks or promotions
  • Work collaboratively with servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow opening and closing procedures for the bar
  • Stay updated on current drink trends, seasonal cocktails, and menu changes

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
