The Miro & Atrio Apartments, located in the Heart of the Fortitude Valley, comprising of over 60 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments, with an outstanding location and unique attributes is currently seeking a professional, motivated Guest Service Agent to join an energetic Front Office Team.

Casual or Part Time Position Available

Reporting to directly the Resident Manager you will be responsible for:

  • The smooth functioning of reception on a day-to-day basis during your shift
  • Conducting guest arrivals and departures
  • Handling all guest enquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts
  • Reservations
  • Working with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance issues have been rectified.
  • Working with the Housekeeping team to ensure guests requests are met whilst ensuring that all rooms available at an appropriate time.
  • Assisting the RM with accounts receivable & payable.

To be successful in the role you must poses:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in similar position within a 4-star Hotel or Apartments
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation
  • Outstanding organizational & time management skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive and passionate attitude towards to customer service
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Resley experience is preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to work unsupervised.

The successful applicant will also be required to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, weekend shifts & public holidays.

Reception operating hours are below but subject to change:

Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm
