Yued Aboriginal Corporation advocates for and pursues the interests of the Yued Noongar people, whose country stretches across 29,000 square kilometres from Yanchep to Green Head, Gingin to Coorow, Bindoon to Wongan and Dalwallinu.

Hours

Full time fixed term contract with potential for extension (37.5 hours per week).

About you

We reckon you're most likely a pretty fresh graduate (3 years + PQE) with interest and demonstrated aptitude in commercial skills. You like getting into the weeds of a business' accounts, of sussing out a market for gaps and coming up with new ways to meet market needs (or even creating a market where none exists).

But most of all you like the idea of working to help make life better for future generations of Yued while growing a career with purpose.

Duties
  • Support program diversification in line with community needs, cultural values, and strategic priorities.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends including regional industry sector analysis and the identification of potential capability partners.
  • Undertake due diligence analysis on prospective business opportunities.
  • Analyse service gaps and opportunities for program expansion or innovation.
  • Prepare high-quality funding proposals, tenders, business cases and presentations in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies, government agencies, community organisations, and corporate partners.
