Graphic Designer & Production Assistant — Job Description

The Graphic Designer & Production Assistant supports both the creative design process and day-to-day production operations. This role combines visual design expertise with hands-on production support to ensure high-quality output across digital, print, and media projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual content including digital graphics, print materials, social media assets, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Prepare artwork for production by completing pre-press setup, color correction, formatting, and file organization.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
  • Support production operations such as organizing inventory, tracking project timelines, and maintaining equipment or studio spaces.
  • Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creative assets.
  • Perform quality checks on final deliverables to ensure accuracy and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm concepts and support campaign development.
  • Assist with off -site installs when needed and helping installer when required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects and Felxi is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Experience with print production processes and preparing files for press.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with photography, videography, or production equipment is a plus.
