Discover the Role

To process and take responsibility for (account manage) the completion of up to 25 client entity's payroll requirements as set out in the Service Level Agreement (if applicable) within budgeted hours so that all TMF, client and statutory obligations are achieved.

To provide a reference point for other team members and assist Operations Lead with coordination of day to day operational processing requirements. As the outsourced payroll provider you are required to undertake all tasks necessary to meet client payroll needs and/or supervise colleagues in the Shared Service Centre (SSC) within our Indian offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll for client employees, including calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation.
  • Maintain and update payroll records for clients, including employee information, tax withholdings, and benefits.
  • Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues that arise for clients.
  • Collaborate with client HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to clients and external agencies as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance for all clients.
  • Provide support and guidance to client employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new payroll policies and procedures for clients.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an outsourced payroll environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
