Commercial Surface Solutions is expanding our Sydney team We're looking for an experienced Waterproofing Applicator who's confident with sheet membrane systems and brings a can-do attitude to every job.

About the Role

You'll be hands-on with:

  • Installing and detailing sheet membrane waterproofing systems (main focus)
  • Applying liquid membranes when needed
  • Preparing surfaces and following QA and manufacturer specs
  • Working both independently and within a team to deliver quality outcomes
  • Keeping sites safe, clean, and efficient

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience with sheet membrane waterproofing
  • A positive, professional, can-do attitude
  • White card and driver's licence (own transport preferred)
  • Waterproofing licence or Cert III in Waterproofing (advantageous)
  • High-risk tickets like confined space or working at heights are a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for regional projects
