About the role:
As Administration Officer, you'll support the Member Insurance and Claims Business Unit by providing high quality service and support across a broad range of internal and external customers. This role will play an integral role in enabling teams within Insurance and Claims to manage all claim types and handle activities from lodgement through to decision from the insurer.
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Provide administrative support to the Member Insurance and Claims business unit, including updating rosters, coordination of meetings and tracking actions.
- Liaise with other areas of the business to support Member Insurance and Claims business unit.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting as required, following established processes.
- Process payment tasks, demonstrating understanding of and compliance with established process and with a focus on putting our members and customers at the heart of everything we do.
- Maintain the accuracy of customer records through updating of necessary information across all systems including completion of required processing to the required standard.
- Assist both internal and external customers with simple administrative matters and escalate more complex queries to the appropriate team/individual.
